TERMS OF SERVICE

The rules of the Loop.

These terms are the agreement between you and FrenLoop. By using FrenLoop you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.

1. Who we are

FrenLoop is made and run by CloutWars ("we", "us"), an independent developer rather than a registered company. There is no business address to give you. There is no support inbox either; the way to get an answer is the Loop Keeper, and Contact explains it.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old, or 16 in some regions.
  • If you are under 18, you may use FrenLoop only with a parent or guardian's permission, and you must not perform rituals.
  • You must not be located in a jurisdiction where use of this service, or of Solana, is prohibited.

3. Your Fren

FrenLoop has no accounts, passwords or email addresses. You are identified by a cookie in your browser.

4. Wallets and transactions

Connecting a Solana wallet is entirely optional.

  • We never receive your private key or seed phrase, and cannot move your funds.
  • You approve every transaction in your own wallet.
  • Transactions are routed through Jupiter and settle on Solana. Neither is operated by us.
  • Confirmed transactions are irreversible. We cannot refund, cancel or reverse one.
  • You are responsible for network fees and for the tax treatment of your own activity.

Where we take a platform fee, the exact rate is displayed before you approve anything.

5. Virtual items

Eggs, Loopy Frens, Loop Energy, XP, genes, mutations, Realms and collection entries are a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use features of the game. They are not property, not currency, and not securities. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for anything, and may be modified or removed as the game changes.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts or automation to inflate egg touches, Loop size or the state of your Loop.
  • Create multiple identities to touch your own egg, or coordinate others to do so on your behalf.
  • Exploit a bug rather than reporting it.
  • Post the service to spam channels, or share Fren Links in a way that breaks another platform's rules.
  • Choose a slug that is offensive, impersonates someone, or is illegal.
  • Attempt to access another player's data, or to disrupt or overload the service.
  • Scrape the service other than as permitted by our robots.txt.

The Community Guidelines form part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

FrenLoop, its name, artwork, Loopy Fren designs, Realms, written content and code, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without permission.

You may share your own share cards and screenshots, stream or record FrenLoop, and write about it. Press assets are provided on the Press Kit page for that purpose.

8. Your content

The only content you supply is your slug. You grant us permission to display it in-game and on share cards. We may change or remove a slug that breaches these terms.

9. Availability

FrenLoop is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including the game itself, at any time.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied. We do not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Nothing in FrenLoop is a recommendation to acquire any digital asset.

We are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of third parties including Solana, Jupiter, RPC providers, or your wallet.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost virtual items, lost progress, or losses arising from blockchain transactions, wallet compromise, or third-party failures.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the total platform fees we received from you in the six months before the claim. FrenLoop is free to play, so for most frens that figure is zero.

Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumers retain their statutory rights.

12. Termination

You may stop at any time by clearing your browser data. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, in which case virtual items are forfeited without compensation.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and material changes will be signalled in the product. Continuing to use FrenLoop after a change means you accept it.

14. Governing law

Nothing in these terms takes away the consumer rights you have where you live, or the right to bring a claim in your local courts. Those rights apply whatever else this document says.
