Short version: most problems are a stale page or a wallet that is not connected in this browser. If you are in a hurry, reload first.
Wallet connection
No wallets appear
FrenLoop detects wallets that support the Solana Wallet Standard, Phantom, Solflare and most modern extensions. If the list is empty:
- Check the extension is installed and unlocked.
- Reload the page. Wallets register on load and a stale tab misses them.
- On mobile, open FrenLoop inside your wallet's browser. A wallet extension cannot reach Safari or Chrome directly.
I connected but FrenLoop still says no wallet
Connecting is two steps: approving the connection, then signing one message to prove the address is yours. If you dismissed the signature prompt, the wallet is connected in the extension but not linked here. Open your profile and connect again.
Rituals
"This place is not ready yet"
The shrine is configured for a reward token whose fee account does not exist yet. It is our setup, not your wallet. Try another place.
The ritual failed
Every failure screen has a View details link with the real reason. The common ones:
- You changed your mind
- You dismissed the wallet prompt. Nothing was sent and nothing was spent.
- There is no way through
- No route existed for that pair and amount. Try a different offering size.
- Your offering is still travelling
- It was sent but had not confirmed before we stopped watching. This is not a failure, rewards are granted when it confirms. Come back and look again.
It took my SOL but I got nothing
Rewards are granted only after the transaction confirms on-chain, and are granted exactly once. If a transaction confirmed and no reward appeared, reload the page first, then contact us with the transaction signature, it is in the failure details.
Sharing
My share card looks wrong or out of date
Cards are cached by the platform you shared to, not by us. Discord, X and WhatsApp all hold onto a preview for a while. The card updates on its own; re-sharing the same link immediately will usually show the old one.
Instagram and TikTok do nothing
Neither allows a website to prefill a post. FrenLoop gives you Download card and copies the caption instead, post it from the app. This is a platform limitation, not a bug.
Eggs and hatching
My egg is not filling
Each fren counts once. Reloading, tapping your own egg, or the same person opening the link twice will not add energy. Your egg needs new frens.
I hatched and got a creature I did not want
You cannot choose. That is the point. You get another egg immediately, and the Realm you wear influences what comes out, so switching Realms before a hatch is the closest thing to steering.
Collection
Silhouettes are Loopy Frens you have not met. Some appear only under conditions we do not document. Your collection is tied to your browser identity, see below.
Losing your Fren
A linked wallet is currently the only durable anchor. If you care about your Loop, connect one and save your Fren Link somewhere.
